I am very interested in this topic.

The person's ability is not always depends on gender. Therefore ,I hope for the society in which men and women can work various fields.

In this university, Biwako Kusatsu Campus(BKC) concists of most the science courses. This campus has few girls than boys. I think that many of other japanese university's science courses are same. This is the reason why the science have few women now. I think.

Is your question asking if we think more women SHOULD work in science?
I'm slightly confused.....
I must say I think science does seem to be predominately male. It's often said women make better arts and humanities students. It's obviously not about intellect.
I would like to see more men doing different studies and more women in science.
I would also like to see my male students as talkative as the girls in some of my classes....

Women in Science

The reason I chose this article is because I think why more men than women work in field of science. Also in Japan, more boys than girls want to work on science. I hadn't known this reason ever. So I chose this article.

This reason have various background of society. There are suitable and unsuitable on human. Each should flourish in various field. It depends on society of each countries. So I think that it is good for us to we do thing we want to do.
